Changes Changes

Say hi to “TULLY” everyone, my 1st private Flexy student who had been with me since Jan 2017 and now she is moving on to a new part of her journey but she had learn Chair , strength training flexibility and danceeeeeee! I haven’t been blogging and that is so on me , I’m now focusing on choreo more and more especially since this was my last private session until Skype! 

I promised her I would put her in a forearm stand , I did that plus almost feet to head!!!! Omg so proud of her and THANKFUL she let me push and test out things on her !!!
