Stretching/Contortion, dance ,pole , chair ,strength training , tricking (trick dance moves/stunts) I’m learning to become more and more the BEST version of myself and each day I can start over and do me ! All I know is I dream of dancing daily and using all these skills I’ve picked up along the way and fuse with my style of dance with it.
Say hi to “TULLY” everyone, my 1st private Flexy student who had been with me since Jan 2017 and now she is moving on to a new part of her journey but she had learn Chair , strength training flexibility and danceeeeeee!
