Important facts you need to know
Booking/Deposit Fee
To hold date(s) a deposit of 50% must be paid directly to JustJuic3 (payment link will be provide)within 24 hrs of booking details, Once paid a receipt will be sent to email on file. When Booking please select a tentative appt date at minimum f 4 weeks in advance via the calendar, all dates will be confirmed via email /text. If you want to book with less advance notice a extra fee will occur.
Travel Fee
will be added to overall rate within DMV Anything out of state will incur additional cost of travel to location via Bus /Flight/Cab/Train, and will be determined based on one on one discussion with the client. Travel Incurred Costs will be make payment directly on JUSTJUIC3.COM. All travel arrangements will be discussed with the client upon service booking including travel fees for any additional dancer {see additional dancer request}
Additional Dancer Request
If client wishes to request additional dancer{s} for event , each additional dancer fee will be per dancer and paid to "just Juic3 LLC" and additional travel fee is required.
Date /Time Change
Date /Time change must be done 2 Weeks in advance. If new/date time is unavailable you may keep the same date/Time or you may still cancel but will be subject to cancellation fees
Private Room
A room or private area is needed for Juic3 / other dancer to change and addition a space must be closed off and even tempted for stretching to take place {Note is the client reasonability to make sure the area stay warm enough for the duration of the time juic3 /dancer are there}
Performer Space
The client must take clear and full pictures of the space where the event will be located to ensure the right equipment is needed to ensure the safety of juic3 and dancers and to ensure a smooth performance. If additional equipment is needed IE flooring {carpet , stage etc } Lighting etc an extra fee will incur which will be determined once the space of event is evaluated. Extra plugs , extension cords and outlets will be needed to ensure the best experience for the client
Tipping the performer
Tipping the performer is allowed , welcomed and requested!!! Tips can be cash app/pay pal /venmo. Cash can be giving to the performer during the performance {throwing money is encouraged } or host can pass around a tip jar during each performance.
Cancellation
For any cancellations full deposit /booking fee amount is subject to forfeit unless cancellation i
done within 24 hrs of booking.
Flexology Series
Video(s) will be released after the date listed once payment is received , if video was purchase after released date link to video will be emailed to address on file. Video(s) after purchase will be available if platform where video is hosting goes down a back up link will be set via email once notified. This is a VIDEO series where everything is pre record. Bend at your own risk but stay safe. REFUND are available within 24hrs after purchase as long as the video wasn't watched
PICTURES
Once Juic3 is booked for any event she will have a videographer on hand to record. Which will be for promotional purposes. If in the event that Juic3 can not record due to the event atmosphere client must notified juic3 prior to booking that recording isnt allowed or else client forfeits any right to ban recording. If client give notice prior to booking and Juic3 accepts the booking and client has on hand videographer then client must provide Juic3 with all footage & pictures.
