This is a performer spot light , also this will be my 1st full on contortion performance....

Super excited been working on this for two months so there would be days I’ll still doing contortion training then do my pole routine & contortion. The week I’m going to be doing the same thing but I’m will be running my routines full out . Friday night I have dress rehearsal and only run each routine once. Did I mention the slightest mess up I start again no matter how far I’m in , in the dance.
