What is flexibility:Flexibility is the amount of movement available at a joint Or group of joints .For example the amount of movement available In your hamstring you would reach down and touch your toes. Can you touch your toes and if you can or can’t what do your feel as you do so? Flexibility is being able to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion. Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles first.
